Ready Text SMS is a non-marketing client-service messaging program. Participating law firms use it to send attorney-reviewed case updates, appointment reminders, document requests, opt-in confirmations, and related messages only to their own consenting clients or authorized case contacts. Ready Text SMS is not used for affiliate marketing, third-party lead generation, or promotional messaging.

Information we collect and use

Depending on how you interact with Ready Text, we may process contact and account details, service configuration, website usage data, support communications, mobile phone numbers, contact and case context, SMS consent choices, consent source and timestamp, opt-out requests, and message records.
